The Additel 710 (ADT710) is an advanced automated pressure calibration system designed to improve efficiency and consistency in metrology laboratories and production environments. Combining precision pressure measurement with AI-powered visual calibration and machine learning, it automates the calibration of both dial and digital pressure gauges.
When integrated with an Additel Pressure Controller and ACal software, the ADT710 can automate the complete calibration process, including gauge recognition, camera alignment and pointer stabilisation. This reduces manual intervention and helps minimise human error while increasing calibration throughput.
The ADT710 supports both radial and axial pressure gauges and can recognise inner and outer scales on dual-range instruments. Additional features include barcode and QR code scanning, quick-change NPT, BSP and Metric connections, and a multi-unit cascade function that allows up to 10 units to operate simultaneously.
