The ADT710 takes care of this automatically.
Its intelligent camera system can position and focus itself on the gauge, helping ensure consistent readings without requiring technicians to repeatedly make manual adjustments.
This can be particularly valuable in high-volume calibration environments, where even small time savings can make a significant difference across hundreds or thousands of instruments.
Tackling Pointer Stiction
Mechanical gauge pointers don’t always move as freely as we’d like.
Stiction error can cause the pointer to remain temporarily stationary, potentially affecting the accuracy of a reading.
The ADT710 addresses this with a built-in automatic tapper, helping to stabilise the gauge pointer during the calibration process and reduce the risk of errors caused by mechanical stiction.

Designed for Different Gauge Configurations
The ADT710 isn’t limited to one particular gauge configuration.
It supports radial and axial gauges, as well as rear-mounted gauges, providing greater flexibility when working with different instruments.
Quick-connect fittings also allow for rapid changeover between connections, including NPT, BSP and Metric options.
